At NOÚR, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product/size/color sent)

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items on sale/discounted products (unless damaged or incorrect)

Used, washed, altered, or perfume-stained items
-
Products without tags or original packaging

Any item returned after the allowed return period
3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Mention your Order Number and reason for return

Share clear pictures/video (required for damaged/incorrect items)

Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you on the next steps
Once approved, you must ship the product back within the time provided.
4. Refund Policy
When refunds are issued
Refunds are applicable only if:

The item is out of stock after purchase, or
-
We are unable to replace an item after a return approval (in case of defect/damage), or
-
The item qualifies as non-deliverable due to our error
Refund method

Refunds are processed via the original payment method, where applicable

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability for:

Size issues

Color exchange
-
Alternate product exchange (price difference may apply)
If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer:

Store credit, or
-
A refund (if applicable as per eligibility)
6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective product), NOÚR will cover the shipping cost.

If the return/exchange is due to customer preference (size change, color change, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if:

The order has not been dispatched
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the returns/exchange process.
